More than a bump.

Just hitting this again so it stays fresh in the mind. We will only have 2 chances to get into Hartshorn this year. That is not enough, but it is what we have been given. I am hoping that a large group will show up and get as much done as possible.

The more, the merrier, I always say. I hope that by having a large turnout we get to change some minds @ MCPS and then get to do more to help the trails.

I'm in, Cant Wait!😀
Don't think I'll be able to do post ride... my son has a baseball game.
Chris

I will be there with Kathleen!!!
Let's get some folks out there and show 'em how we work. rah rah!

This is the TM not to be missed if you have the volunteer training from MCPS. Trail users know that Hartshorne needs attention please come out and show the park system there is an active MTB community that supports the cause. 🙂

Since my wife and her sister's use that network more than I do, I should have little problem showing up. I'm pretty amped to get some proper work done by a proper crew.

The 1st of 2 TM sessions @ Hartshorn set for this year.

We are meeting at the Rocky Point (upper) lot for the trail maintenance session this Saturday. This is the first of only 2 TM sessions schedued for Hartshorn this year. I hope we get a large crew to show the park system what we are all about. See you all there.

is there directions to this lot by any chance ?

In the trail directory it is listed as the "Grand Tour entrance" it is located at the point where Grand Tour meets Portland Rd up by Henry Hudson High School. Most people call it the Rocky Point lot.

You can schlep your bike along, but MCPS doesn't do "ride in". I am usually too wiped to ride after,..but I can probably be talked into a ride.
