Stay on White for low tech, try blue and yellow for some rocky challenges. Great park for 90 mins of riding. If you want more, you'll need to do multiple loops.

Dumb fools listen to drink companies saying you don’t know when you are thirsty......f the heat, watch your hart rate, drink only the you are thirsty and ride....thanks for the info; reading about it now

I never embrace the heat and do all sorts of things to mitigate effect of heat, chiefly ice cold water and ice socks.
back when I did road racing, i would shove pounds of ice into my jersey. Gave me a leg up vs competitors. I remember two years ago I participated in a 50-mile race at 85F (and >95F heat index). Five whole pounds of ice, all melted 30% of the way into the race. Staying cool for ~50 min (as opposed to the entire race) might not seem much, but was enough to give me a leg up over the competition. Ended up in a 2-man break, and spent the last 45 minutes with an avg HR of 177, which is significant, as my lactate threshold HR is 174. Some poor guy in my race apparently suffered a heat stroke.

Are you sure, I often ride with a frozen water bladder in my pack. Feels great and the water is luxurious.

- Take additional precautions when exercising or working outdoors.The general recommendation is to drink 24 ounces of fluid two hours before exercise, and consider adding another 8 ounces of water or sports drink right before exercise. During exercise, you should consume another 8 ounces of water every 20 minutes, even if you don't feel thirsty.

- Immerse you in cold water. A bath of cold or ice water has been proved to be the most effective way of quickly lowering your core body temperature. The quicker you can receive cold water immersion, the less risk of death and organ damage.

You're right, that guy is posting nonsense. It is possible but very difficult to over-hydrate on very hot days, especially when cycling when you can only carry so much water.
