Possibly relocating. Looking for opinions.

Idaho is #1? I call bullshit on this map.
Massive influx to the greater Boise area. Apparently tremendous growth as a tech sector.

Our nephew moved there from NJ a few years ago, for just that reason.

Yeah I joke about the dozens of people moving there, but they have seem a huge growth, both in the cities and more rural areas. CA/WA/OR people have been moving there in pretty big amounts. But even with that I'd be surprised if the #s are more than to other states like NC/SC/FL/AZ.

It's funny when you travel through odd spots in the country and think "I had no idea so many people live here".

This one just recently came onto the market and is right by high mountain.

I'm impressed by picture #49 of the zoned heating plumbing.

I’m less than 1.5 from the beach so…
Hold up, you are 1.5 hours from the Chesapeake. Yes it is a “beach” but kinda like how a lake has a beach. Being from York, we were about the same distance, but would never consider the bay the beach. Double that to the beach/surf.

Probably a good time to tell you about that time I was bike jacked at gun point in Baltimore 😉

That may be the most gaudy house I've ever laid eyes on. Can't buy taste as they say.
