I thought it was .95*FTP. Been a while so I'm rusty.
Push vs. Pull. Pull works better but kills you deader. Think longer term. YMMV.

Hey I thought road rides in the snow = bad cop = 0 pts. Arrest the mayor clarkenstein!
Nah, we discussed it earlier. If it's snowing but above 32, then it counts as a rain ride. Dave & I talked about it a bit and we don't want to go Draconian on it. We figure that the snowy road rule is only going to apply when it gets really bad.
I did actually ride my mountain bike, not my road bike. I was worried about that 13 mph thing but it wasn't an issue.
Eh ok. Thought I had an excuse to not ride today...
yeah i'd have bad copped kev too, it was crappy but not that bad. up by in somerset in the morning it was crappy.
Bad cop me an norm loses his streak too. Always a way around the rules. Could be argued that these guys are tearing up the trails also since it isn't frozen.

exactly. i was wondering what the trails are like. snow can sometimes insulate. when i drove down here this morning i was thinking you'd be riding in it. it wasn't great but not bad cop in my book. based on what you said it did sound like i thought it would be - a little sketchy at times but moving.
If you ride the MTB on the road does the MPH still count? If it does, I'm gonna have to haul ass home!!
