Stephens State Park Conditions

@chainsawer new tree down on trestle trail. Close to the trestle just after the bridges. Looks like it snapped has some sections standing/leaning up.

Multiple crappy pics of the one on trestle, and the last 2 pics are the one on green, near the top of cooler.

What service!! I need ya at 6mr!!
The report timing was perfect. I wanted to get there anyway today. I still need to get back for more issues.

No chainsaw fairies in 6MR? It's not a park I ride so I have no idea what's up down there.

Thanks.. I'm pretty sure I got this already on Saturday late morning. It was the limby top part of the tree that fell across the trail. Hopefully not something new.

We have people. They’ve just been at Stephens for a month

Did a nice loop today and trails are in good shape. Leafy but at least ridden in well enough that you don't go off trail. It's still hard to read the trail surface but that's what fat bikes are for

Not sure if it's been reported but there's another tree down on Trestle roughly here just after the stream crossing.

Thanks. I think I got that one on Friday. Look familiar or was it something different?

I got into Stephens today to clear the one on Trestle. As it turns out, this had actually fallen on the stuff I cleared only a day before, you can see what I worked on. I also cleared an obstruction on Hally To. All apologies if somebody was in love with the nice logover that had formed. I thought it was still a little tough to navigate, being an uphill trail. Shout out to my Sawyer buddy K for his help today
Different. Had 2 branches maybe 6" in diameter, one at hip height the other chest. Should've snagged a picture.
