What are you cooking right now?

Which fish press like thing are you using? Better than mine as the holes are quite a bit larger
No clue. Been in the house for as long as I can remember. The latch isn't great so you have to be careful or it pops open when you move it. Fun when flipping over a hot grill.

Wrapped 166 shrimp and pork wontons yesterday. Tossed them in the freezer to harden up and for storage. Healthy quick meals for the family. Used the thinner yellow wrappers, the white ones are too thick imo and too doughy.

Love this.
And wonton wrappers also work great for lazyman’s homemade ravioli.

White I would probably do a proper BBQ meal for @Norm, I wanted to share a technique which worked out well.

I've been trying to get a light wilt on baby spinach, but as soon as it hits the pan, it is overdone.

Today I roasted some veggies, and right out of the oven, dropped them into the bowl of spinach. Gave it a few fold overs. Perfectly wilted spinach.

No pictures, too hungry.

Threw some couscous in there too.

What are your menus for TG this year? Looking for one more starter and a side to accompany the turducken
Going to the Brother in laws house where I get to do nothing but sit on my a$$ and eat and drink and then no cleanup and go home.

However, when we did host even my 3 boys like this and 2 of them dont eat vegetables - not that this dish is really healthy once you see the ingredients but its always a crowd pleaser. this version seems to be the closest one she makes and I am 90% sure she uses frozen broccoli.

I've tried the popular Martha Stewart Ritz cracker stuffing a few times and always found it meh. Already have a cauliflower casserole so broccoli maybe too much. Did bean casserole last year and it was not a hit.

the other night we tried eggs in purgatory- all the rage at fancy brunch places.
Similar to shakshuka, but this one get my vote

@qclabrat if we had a smaller group, sides would include that broccolini- also the roasted butternut squash was pretty tight - maple syrup and cinnamon
