What are you watching now?

New season of Black Mirror just hit. First episode was good but the 3 after that I've seen so far was quite lame. Hope it gets better.
Finished watching Better Call Saul.

Definitely off to a good start. It's the most allegorical series since TNG/DS9 in my opinion. Unlike all the newer stuff, it MAKES you think, as opposed to telling you what you should think.
 
I started watching Idol on Max. Pretty trashy with lots of skin. 2 episodes in and not sure how sure how long I’ll last
 
Forgot to mention Wild Life on NatGeo or Disney+. Didn't know the back story of the Patagonia region of Chile/Argentina and the connection to North Face and Patagonia. From the filmmakers of Free Solo.
 
Staying at my parents' house while I'm in NJ for work... my nephew wanted me to watch From with him... We watched season 1 which is available on Amazon prime (Season 2 is available with MGM+ subscription 🙄 )

i like it... i like weird WTF is going on type shows and this is along the lines of a Lost or Twilight Zone or something.
 
Just watched the Season 1 finale of Silo on Apple TV. Absolutely fantastic stuff. Can't recommend it enough. It's definitely a "slow burn" show, with most episodes introducing more questions than answers in Season 1, but it pays off for sure. And somehow, the finale managed to not only solve a whole bunch of mysteries, but it also left some questions open and introduced a whole slew of new ones that I was left hoping season 2 isn't too far away. This is great storytelling. (It's based on the Silo Series - Wool, Shift and Dust - by Hugh Howey, which I'm now debating if I should read or just wait and watch it. Not sure how faithful the series is to the books, but I'm in that weird position where I'm not sure if reading it would spoil the fun I have watching it.)

Pig was very much an anomaly. Each episode is entirely different and while some are uncomfortable to watch for different reasons, that was the only one with a strong "ick" factor.

No, not an anomaly.

You probably need to find a list of Black Mirror "best of" episodes and watch them. Some are great, others are like the pig.

That said, I looked up 2 lists and the Pig was at the top of both. So IDK what to say. I no longer remember them to say which ones are worth it.
 
On 5th season of Yellowstone
Already caught up on Always Sunny
And just started latest season of The Great.
