Installed a new (990) fork and front brake on the Christmas bike! Why Freestyle bikes come without front brakes is beyond me...

Maybe I ride too many hills or just shift too frequently. Though, not nearly as many hills or miles as @iman29.
The last time shifting got really crunchy and I had to limit my RD shifting to make it home intact. The time before that, I remember it snapped when I was downshifting to go up my driveway at the end of a ride.
i didnt think my local rides were flat, but the one at work certainly are, that may help some . . . .

Installed an XD driver and an old GX cassette I had sitting around on the “ bad weather” fat rims. Got rid of the NX eagle that it had. Going to put studded tires on these.
good riddance to shimano drivers. I don’t know how these are still in use. The cassette always bites into the driver and you have to pry it off

Found where 2 noises were coming from on my Santa Cruz over the last week. 1 was a clicking while standing... that turnt out to be caused by the shifting being slightly off. 2nd noise started today and that ended up this jawn being slightly loose.

Last night I replaced a pretty worn rear tire (Maxxis Aggressor- no it's not a tan wall) with a new Magic Mary I picked up from @Ryan.P a while back. Damn, it's more aggressive than the Aggressor! While I was at it I replaced the valve stem with a new blingy one too. Then this morning I gave it a good thrashing at Wildcat to distribute the sealant and set the bead.

Now I'm waiting on some frame protection from Ground Keepers.
If the shifting is sram NX or gx, get used to that noise
No reason to stock patches in Summit where a flat tire = new bike.
