Anyone have experience with this…? $100 for materials, $50 labor to structure the base and apply/bake. Supposedly permanent (never wax again).

I would not ride on that, looks like its about to have a catastrophic fail.Just noticed this on my board after a big day riding killington today 🥶 do you guys think I can still ride on this? Or should I get the warranty claim started?

There wasn't any impact that stands out from my day today that would've caused my board to fail like that. But I definitely wasn't carving like that guy...Sorry but that’s toast. How did it happen? Impact of some sort? Or were you bending it Euro-carvin’ style? 😁

Looking at the pic I think you have a case for a warranty claim assuming it’s in the warranty period. The sidewalls and edge show no signs of impact and the top sheet looks pretty clean/smooth with otherwise no signs of stress. There wasn't any impact that stands out from my day today that would've caused my board to fail like that. when do you head to steamboat? Let me know what you think of it compared to Vail. I'm trying to decide if I want to go back to IKON next year or stay with Epic.Looking at the pic I think you have a case for a warranty claim assuming it’s in the warranty period. Not sure what brand board that is but years ago I had a Burton Air that delaminated in the tail area (the metal edge began to pull away from the sidewall and base). Took it back to the shop I bought it from and Burton accepted the claim and gave me my choice of boards. I chose a Supermodel instead. 🤙
IOW it’s worth a shot. Good luck!
Hey Rob. I’m headed there on Saturday and riding Sunday 12 through Friday 17th. They have tons of snow, it’s been consistently cold, and some snow expected the week we’re there. Yep Vail is amazing for sure. I haven’t been to the ‘Boat since ‘92 but reports are consistently positive.when do you head to steamboat? Let me know what you think of it compared to Vail. Ikon seems to have more options, but Vail is really good!

I recall others may be at Steamboat next week too? If so let me know. Would be great to get some runs in together.
Day 1 in CO at Copper Mtn. It was cold. High temp was maybe 12°. A bit of new snow, but most trails were loose over hardback, almost like usual East coast conditions.
