Chimney Rock Conditions

I was considering going tomorrow. Any opinions or people looking to ride?
All of yellow including green should be good tomorrow. There were only a few sections of deep, standing water but you can go through them still get a great workout with minimal mud. Too bad we're getting drenched from the storm on Wed-Thurs

Debbie says... Even when the trails dry out....

...We'll be infested by ticks and get pooped on by spotted lantern flies.
That ain't just 'honeydoo' they excretin' ya know...

Took yesterday off, went to Six Mile with my kid the day before. I'll be out there this afternoon for sure. Maybe I'll ride the single speed.

Conditions should be great if conditions of the wetland on my property this side of the mountain are any indication (and they generally are).

Conditions should be great at Six Mile or CR? (Or both?)

I can confirm conditions are pretty good on red and blue. Only a few of the chronic spots are still wet. Rode a skinny bike for the first time this year.

I was able to get in 2 sessions with the High Tech crew between last Friday and today. We knocked out a bunch of changes/repairs on yellow/green/pink (formally all known as yellow). Too many projects, large and small, to go into detail, just go ride it.

Fridays work

Did it all today. Only really bad part was the black trail, specifically the connector from Gilbride to the arch bridge behind the ball fields. Otherwise, pretty dry with only soft spots here and there. Lots of others must realize these conditions won't last long and took advantage like me since Newmans was nearly full.

Tree down above bottom bracket height at top of blue nearish the trail feature.

Thanks Kirt! I know you and the TM crew spent many long hours working on the trails so I sent a little something through JORBA. I'm sure there will be more projects throughout the year - keep us posted!

Got out today to ride some of the revamped stuff. I'm happy with how everything turned out. A few tweaks will need to be done at some point but very minor. Conditions were so very good, shame as they will now suck for a bit.

I also found a bag of goodies (not that kind) that was dropped by a biker. I have it in my possession, so reach out if you know who's it belongs to.
