My alcohol consumption is just about zero these days. I have been energy drink free for almost two years. I dont drink coffee or tea, and other than the occasional soda, I am primarily caffeine free. I'm not a sweets eater. I wake up at 4:30 five days a week. I do physical labor on the average about 11 hours a day. I come home, I clean, I pick up dog shit, laundry, dishes, etc. I usually then take my daughter on an hourish long car ride so she can decompress and recharge. I shower, I do my stretching and breathing exercises, and I'm in bed by 10pm. I hit the white noise machine and I sleep like a baby until the alarm goes off. I like the white noise machine, it drowns out the creaks in the house, the furnace kicking on, the dog snores, etc.
