Tariffs...what to make of them.

That's one good thing about the 'Vette, different tire/wheel combinations at each corner prevent that conversation.

That’s nuts! For BMW, I go to BimmerHub in Westfield. Top notch service from ex-BMW master techs. Prices that are half (or more) of dealers. Example: Morristown BMW wanted ~$500 for a differential fluid change. 😳. It’s literally open the plug, drain and refill. Bimmerhub charged ~$150. Ask for Joe (owner), Mike or Lenny (service advisors).

We don't usually use the dealer. It was only in for a few overdue recalls.

Depends on the car. With labor, $173 seems plausible. Not saying I'd want to pay it, but I can understand the number. Does the dealer have a minimum labor charge? Some cars have odd rear wiper blades that aren't always easy to find.

You do remember what "BMW" stands for, right? "Bring More Wallet"

X3 blades on everyone’s favorite online retailer are $28ea for the most expensive ones I can find. I’ve changed them before in minutes. And, no minimum unless they applied the minimum labor to each item they recommended. This was part of several other items they recommended. Just the most blatantly ridiculous one.

I get the cheap trico blades from rock auto. I find the pricey ones do not last longer or perform better, it’s all marketing bullshit.

no no...see we lowered the tariffs on Chinese fentanyl while we also sent the entire navy to the Caribbean to blow up boats (AKA NARCO TERRORISTS!!!) that are supposed to be carrying fentanyl...Remember Pete Kegsbreath said every boat we blow up saves 25,000 American lives....

Does it all make sense now? #gomaga
