What have you done to your bike today?

Cleaned her up real good and sold her. Even lubed the chain. Haven’t seen her this clean since 6 years ago. This bike owed me nothing. Ridden In the northeast DE to NH. I will miss her little wheels but good to know she is not that far in PA.

I’m building a Salsa Fargo ... Steel
Moving all the components from the Cannondale 105 - love both bikes but the comfort / seat positioning - stack of the Fargo is entirely different. Should look like this exactly.
Complete finally

Not today, more like a consolidated, Covid-19 inspired list of little modification done during the last few days to the fleet..

Elma got a rack...

...Mukky got reassembled, and got a rack...

...and Fuggy got...nothing, but I finished the stanchions repair, came out good and it's really smooth (even though it still doesn't come close to match the Kashima coating, meh)...

Is the grey area on the Muk where the repair was done? How did it come out?

Which do you enjoy riding the most?

Installed the new PIKE 140mm on the 429. Going from the 34/130 to the Pike has made this fantastical bike even better. I'm impressed with the new fork. Well done SRAM!

I rode with the guys from pivot in March and they all were on 140 forks on this bike. Now I get it.

(yes Chimney rock was too muddy) This rain won't help. This was all from the far side of Newman's Lane btw

Nice work. Getting the soap/water ratio dialed and using a heat gun makes this job tolerable. Still tedious but worth it.

For sure. This is the third bike I've done so the process has improved dramatically. A heat gun, patience and a little planning go a long way.
